HELLO EVERYBODY

Hello, everybody!
We want to welcome you back to our English blog. We hope you have had a wonderful holiday time and now... IT'S TIME TO GO BACK TO WORK!
This year there are 3 TEACHERS in our school. Sandra is teaching 4th, 5th and 6th grade once again; Maria is back from her maternity and she's teaching P5, 1st and 3rd grade and Aina, the new teacher in the school,  is teaching 2nd grade.
We are delighted to share this blog once again with all of you, students and families.

    Hello everyone!! Could it be possible you to make around in P4? It would be good that they hear a bit of English....as something natural!!

What is the animal who has the power to change its colour for camouflage? Yes, it’s the CHAMELEON! And well, the chameleon's life was not very exciting until the day it discovered it could change not only its color but its shape and size,too. Hello, everyone! We are Sandra and Claire, the two foreign language teachers in our school. Hi! I’m Claire. I’m very happy to work in Maria Mercè Marçal School. I will teach P5 and 1st Grade this year. I like Music, reading books and my favourite food is salad. Hi! I’m Sandra. THE MIXED-UP CHAMELEON

1st graders have been reviewing colours through the story of a Chameleon who was not happy with itself and wanted to be like other animals. But….was it happy? No! Finally it realised that it was happy the way it was. We have also been looking for videos of real chameleons and we have seen how they change colours….AMAZING!
